Dear New Genesis Center Family,
We are reaching out to share an important update regarding our Founder and Clinical Director, Patrice Bullock, MSN, FNP-C, and to coordinate our clinical schedule for the coming weeks.
On Friday, September 11, Patrice experienced an acute medical emergency and was admitted to Archbold Hospital. As she enters her recovery phase, we ask all of our patient family, friends, and prayer warriors to join us in lifting Patrice up in prayer and surrounding her with healing thoughts.
Update as of September 16 at 9:00 PM: Patrice will be undergoing surgery again tomorrow midday at Archbold Hospital. Please keep her in your prayers as she continues to move forward on a resolution to healing. Thank you for all of the kind words, stopping by the clinic to visit with us, bringing cards, sending messages, and calling us. We relay every message to Patrice and she is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love, concern and support you all are sharing.

Schedule & TNT Workshop Adjustments
With a full patient schedule this week and our upcoming Transform in 21 & Beyond workshop, our Care Team is actively contacting scheduled patients to coordinate necessary adjustments and ensure Patrice receives the uninterrupted rest needed for a complete recovery.
Practice Remains Fully Open
New Genesis Center remains open during normal business hours. You may continue to schedule and enjoy your Massage Therapy and FAR-Infrared Sauna sessions.
Prescriptions, Guidance & Product Delivery
Our Care Team continues to coordinate all ongoing patient needs—including prescription refills and clinical questions—working directly in loop with Patrice as appropriate. Additionally, we continue to drop-ship all professional supplements and products directly to your doorstep anywhere in the United States.

To guarantee that your message, refill request, or clinical need is received and processed without delay, please do NOT text or call Patrice’s personal cell phone. Our Care Team cannot monitor or access her personal device, and requests sent there will not be seen.
