- Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a self-pay basis. Our services are HSA-eligible, and we accept Affirm financing if you’d like to spread out the cost of care.
- What kind of specialized testing do you offer?
We use advanced hormone testing, body composition and toxicity analysis, and other functional lab work that goes beyond what’s typically ordered in a standard primary care visit.
- How long until I see results?
Every patient is different, but many people begin noticing changes in as little as 14 days once their personalized plan is underway.
- What kind of symptoms do you specialize in?
We regularly work with patients who feel exhausted, run down, or like they’re constantly caretaking everyone but themselves — the kind of chronic fatigue and burnout that a rushed 15-minute visit rarely gets to the bottom of.
- Will you work with my primary care provider?
Yes. We see ourselves as a complement to your existing care team, not a replacement, and we’re happy to coordinate with your PCP when it’s helpful for your treatment.
- What is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)?
BHRT uses hormones that are molecularly identical to the ones your body naturally produces, custom-dosed to your labs and symptoms rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription.
- How do you choose which supplements to recommend?
We only recommend professional-grade supplement lines with third-party quality testing — not whatever’s cheapest on a retail shelf.
- What happens at my first consultation?
Your first visit is a $299 Root Cause Consultation, a full 90 minutes — far more time than a typical office visit — so we can really dig into your history. We also offer a 10% discount for military patients and for couples booking together.
- Can I do this virtually?
Yes. Our Global Healing telehealth track lets you meet with Patrice over Zoom no matter where you’re located.
- Do you offer house calls?
House calls are available on a case-by-case basis — reach out and let us know your situation.
- Do you offer service packages?
