- Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a self-pay basis. Our services are HSA-eligible, and we accept Affirm financing if you’d like to spread out the cost of care.
- What kind of specialized testing do you offer?
We use advanced hormone testing, body composition and toxicity analysis, and other functional lab work that goes beyond what’s typically ordered in a standard primary care visit.
- How long until I see results?
Every patient is different, but many people begin noticing changes in as little as 14 days once their personalized plan is underway.
- What kind of symptoms do you specialize in?
We regularly work with patients who feel exhausted, run down, or like they’re constantly caretaking everyone but themselves — the kind of chronic fatigue and burnout that a rushed 15-minute visit rarely gets to the bottom of.
- Will you work with my primary care provider?
Yes. We see ourselves as a complement to your existing care team, not a replacement, and we’re happy to coordinate with your PCP when it’s helpful for your treatment.
- What is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)?
BHRT uses hormones that are molecularly identical to the ones your body naturally produces, custom-dosed to your labs and symptoms rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription.
- How do you choose which supplements to use?

- What happens at my first consultation?
Your first visit will be a Root-Cause Consultation with Patrice Bullock, a full 90 minutes — far more time than a typical medical office visit — so we can really dig into your history, current physical, emotional and medical state of being, spiritual and environmental factors.
Patrice will review existing lab results and bloodwork, and game plan next steps based on your goals and needs.
We offer testing kits tailored for your individualized needs, work with your current Physicians and specialists to ensure your whole healthcare team collaborates to support your healing.
- Are telehealth visits an option for me?
Yes. Our Global Healing telehealth track lets you meet with Patrice over Zoom no matter where you’re located.
- Do you offer house calls?
House calls are available on a case-by-case basis — reach out and let us know your situation.
- Do you offer service packages?
